Delivery

Free delivery on every order. We dispatch in 1–2 working days, and delivery takes 4–7 working days depending on your pincode. You'll get tracking details by SMS and email once your order ships.

Returns

If your product arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery at helpline@nikashi.in with your order number and photos or an unboxing video. After inspection we'll replace the product or refund you. Change-of-mind returns aren't accepted once a TV has been unboxed and installed.
