This policy explains how orders placed on nikashi.in may be cancelled and how refunds for cancelled orders are processed.

Cancellation before dispatch

Orders cancelled before they are dispatched are eligible for a full refund of the order value.

Cancellation after dispatch

Orders cancelled after dispatch are eligible for a refund of 75% of the order value. The remaining 25% is retained to cover return logistics and restocking costs.

How to cancel an order

Email helpline@nikashi.in with your order number and registered mobile number. We will confirm the cancellation and the applicable refund by email.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of confirmation. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank.

Nikashi may also cancel an order in the circumstances set out in our Terms of Service. For returns of delivered products, please refer to our Refund Policy.
