Shipping policy
This policy describes how orders placed on nikashi.in are dispatched and delivered.
Dispatch and delivery
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation.
- Delivery is completed within 4–7 working days of dispatch, depending on the delivery pincode. Deliveries to remote locations may take longer.
- Shipping is free on all orders.
- Tracking details are shared by SMS and email once your order has been dispatched.
Inspection on delivery
Please inspect the package before accepting delivery. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note this on the delivery receipt and email helpline@nikashi.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the package and product.
Returns and cancellations
Returns are governed by our Refund Policy and cancellations by our Cancellation Policy.
